"It is ok but buildings all need maintenance this one needs a little care."

"Ice machine was broke. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. But it was an inexpensive bed and shower."

"It will be nice once the renovation is complete. However, right now it's in a mess. Staff explained completely but still quite inconvenient. Especially the free drink area as the alcohol was a 3 at best. Once renovation is complete, I'm sure it will be nice."

"Safe place"

"Breakfast were good and varied. Scrambled eggs and fruit salad were available everyday along with cereals. They were accompanied by sausage, turkey bacon, French toast, mini spinach quiches, sausage gravy and biscuits. We enjoyed it. Hotel was clean and quiet, door key worked every time, air conditioner and heater in the room worked, bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again."

"Had a great breakfast menu with hot and fresh food! Kind and helpful staff! I became sick with hypoxia after a fall in our room! The front desk staff went out of their way to get the paramedics to our room and be helpful during the ordeal! I spent our entire vacation in the hospital ! Jojo at the front desk and another front desk staff member were so kind and even checked on me at the hospital! I was impressed by their willingness to help! The hotel is beautiful, clean and we will always stay here! Kudos to Best Western Hotel Fillmore Inn and Suites! You outdid yourselves! So appreciative! Thank you!"
