“This hotel is actually student housing at local university that is sold to out of town visitors. It is considerably cheaper than other options out there and is was fully booked when I tried to get a room few days later. Hotel building is separated from the building where reception is located and it requires bit of a walk to get to your building/room. No TV in the room but only a single bed and a desk, a table, a safe and a bathroom attached. Therefore this accommodation is for single traveler...

“Great setting for talking with other travelers and location for knocking around Nelson. Nice lobbies and kitchen areas Shared bathrooms are on all the floors so that worked out OK So altogether a fun alternative to conventional hotels and beats tenting surrounded by RV's.”
