โThe room was spacious and the bathroom was up to date. The bar area and restaurant was very nice.
It took longer than expected to get our food and our check from the waitress in the bar area. There was enough staff but I feel like there was no one helping her. โ
โI just want to say Kristin the manager was unbelievable!! I went thru Expedia to book my room and there was a problem with the 3rd party (Expedia) paying the hotel for the room. Kristin went above and beyond to help me with this. She was very persistent and after over an hour she finally got ahold of Expedia and got this taken care of. โThe staff was super pleasant, smiling and genuine. Just a delightful atmosphere. The breakfast area was clean and had a nice variety. It also stayed open until 9:30 in the morning which was great so you didn't have to rush. The coffee bar was open 24 hrs. & It was clean & fresh. They had complimentary iced lemon water, very good.
