โEverything was good and my stay was comfortable. A manager was very friendly and warm.
There were some construction outside temporarily in day time only.โ
โVery nice overall! Everything was A1 from start to finish. Only thingโthere was a machine clicking sound all day, and I couldnโt figure out where it was coming from. Other than that, great experience!โ
โWe really liked the style of the hotel. It was very stylish, clean, and extremely modern. Except, it wasn't easy figuring out the elevators or where the room was. Just new and different. Room was large and very nice. I will definitely stay there again.
What I didn't like is that having a person at the "front desk" was not always good. I waited and asked around a few times becuase there was no one there a couple of times...for a while....โ
โThe hotel has so much history and character. The front desk staff were knowledgable and able to tell the history of each art piece, decoration or detail in the hotel. The rooms was clean, well maintained and very quiet. The pillows were 10/10. โ
โLoved everything about it. Great desk people. Very clean room. Super well lit bathroom and walk-in shower. Very convenient and accessible parking on the 2nd floor. Convenient 10 minute walk to downtown Columbus!
