I looked at the reservation you had with us, and I am very sorry, but I was not present at the time of your stay. You most likely spoke to another front desk, representative. Thank you for your review. We apologize for the hole in the ceiling. You also told our gal at the front desk "it was fine" you just wanted her to know. That room was supposed to be out of order and it should not have been rented out.

Thank you for your review. We do apologize for our front desk not being as helpful and accommodating as we have trained them to be. As for your reservation we had been closed off online for months. Expedia, as well as other third party partners did not grant our closed status and kept accepting reservations and pushing them through. We do apologize for all the running around you had to do and for our front desk receptionist being rude.
