Clean hotel with very spacious rooms and amenities like bar, restaurant, marketplace, etc. The staff was very friendly and pet friendly, although the adjoining room had 3 dogs that barked most of the day. Parking was too expensive and the exit was broken every day we were there, making us late for appointments.

When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there.

From arrival to checkout our experience was enjoyed. We were stunned to book a room with two kings, which could not have been more perfect. We were spending the night for a girl's night out and also used the hot tub and fitness center. Spent some time in the lobby around the fireplace and bar as there was a snowstorm preventing a lot of driving. We enjoyed a great breakfast in the restaurant before we checked out. Would highly recommend this location for business events, weddings, and of course an amazing girls night in.
