It wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t the dirtiest. For the price and location, it was good. I was in town for my son’s army graduation and the location to the main gate that is open 24/7 was very convenient. I had a limited budget and it was one of the more affordable places I found, without being slummy.

The lady thats in the kitchen putting the eggs n sausage because thats all she gives is VERT RUDE ALWAYS LOOKING AT YOU WHAT YOUR GRABBING AND HOW MUCH YOUR PUTTING ON YOUR PLATE She tells you not to get more then 2 cups of coffee... The guy from front desk is the only one tha was very helpful and polite

The hotel was in good condition for most of it but the rooms were not as clean as they make it seem. They need to clean a little bit better but overall the beads and pillows were very comfortable.

Poor cleanliness. Bathroom floor was dirty. Stain on bed sheets and dog flea in room. Still waiting on my refund.

My son’s Infantry Graduation week
Staff was very friendly even at 1am when I arrived. They were also very helpful with having my daughter & my daughter in law’s room keys and paperwork ready. They were an hour behind me in travel and the staff looked out for them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Great location, friendly staff and was quiet. The rooms were clean and the showers were nice and hot.The only thing I din't care for was the smell of the carpet.

Horrible check-in experience
Web we arrived at the hotel the front desk was empty, nobody there to help us with the checking. I called to the hotel, clapped my hands, knocked the staff door and nothing. After 30 minutes, the lady arrived on front desk to help us. She was sleeping, we could hear she snoring.

If you wish to hear your neighbor flush the toilet, enjoy holes in the walls, like dirty carpet or ripped linoleum floors etc. you’ve found your spot! Below average for sure, but didn’t see any bugs so that was a plus.

This was not a pleasant stay. The room was run down, had roaches and the hotel never had enough towels. The room wasnt cleaned as the sheets were dirty, an old sock in closet and the toliet wouldn't flush!! Wouldn't recommend or stay here EVER!!

This is a great hotel. The rooms are excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is better than any free breakfast I’ve had at any other hotel. Great job!!! This is our second time to stay here and we will do it again. Thanks!!!

The hotel is in the middle of remodeling nice place to stay very quiet very friendly. Me and my family are looking for it to coming back for the Fourth of July. We hope that all the remodeling and updating will be done by then.

Pubic hair, a filthy toilet seat, and stains on the comforter were enough for me to book another hotel room elsewhere after entering the room. The front desk attendant was the only thing pleasant about the 15 minutes I spent there - she was very sweet. She was slammed when I went to leave so I left her my key card and a note to please have management call me and requested a refund because the room was dirty. They did not call. After traveling all day it was a major inconvenience but the worst of it was that when I requested a refund they refused. I'll be posting the photos on my Google review if they allow it. The toilet seat was covered in black stuff, there were pubic hairs not just on top of the stained comforter but even in the pillows. It looks like they are renovating (seemingly for the better) but if they don't renovate their idea of what "clean" means, no amount of paint or decorations is going to help.

Bad room was dirty, mold on celing . Ended up sick allergic to mold . House keeping didnt want to give towels told me to bring back when im done. The front desk people was very nice and understanding. Roaches in room. Also someone stole my electric tooth brush 😤.

Customer service was great! The room was clean. This is a great location, there are a lot of places to eat nearby and Walmart is less than 2 minutes away.
