All of the team members were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It looked like it was recently remodeled and painted. Lisa is incredible as property manager. The pool was very nice. The only issues were more age related of the property. The door on one of the bathrooms wouldn't close properly. The bath gel in the shower was empty. Maid service was only every two weeks. We would stay here again.

I'm so glad I chose to stay here despite the reviews. My room was everything I wanted. It's like staying in an apartment! I felt very comfortable and safe staying here. The staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend this location to people.

Stayed here 5 or 6 years ago and had a great time. This stay was different. Oddly they shut down the front desk at 10pm, so when we arrived at 10:15pm we had to call an "emergency line" and wait 10 minutes for them to arrive. The keycard didn't work when we got to our room, when we got in, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. We called back and requested a new room and were told they were fully booked for the night, that felt extremely unlikely based on the parking lot. On top of that, the room didn't feel very clean to be honest, there was a trash can that had some leftover trash in it, the floor had debris that wasn't fully swept up, and the mirror had smear lines all over it. When we stayed in the past this place was nice, it seems like the upkeep has not kept pace with the continued march of entropy. Pros: - quiet - blackout curtains worked great - bed and pillows were comfortable - thermostat worked really well

Staff was amazing. Parking was okay. Kitchen was cool. Bathroom had hair in tub, the faucets were wobbly, the clean towel was full of someone's hair. The bed was definitely NOT a king. It was supposed to be a king and it was a queen. It was frigid when we walked in. 54 degrees. Had to turn the heat on just to get it to a comfortable temp. The bathroom curtain kept opening on me while showering, the plug for the bathtub drain was janky and didnt work, so bathing my toddler was annoying. They did not refill the body wash that is in the shower. The towels are tiny. Not very adult friendly with those. They should rlly get some bigger towels. Other than that, it was cool. Was only there one night so no biggie.

Good Customer Service, easy to find, the room was great. Comfortable bed, I love the fireplace, the room was nice and clean. It actually felt like a little apartment. I like the separate front door entrance. I was on the first floor,, i see it could it get easily noisy if i had someone busy above me. I could hear them in their bathroom and the water when running only down fall. But I would definitely stay again!

I liked the set up of my unit. It was convenient and comfortable. I liked the bathroom in each bedroom. The carpet was stained and the bathroom in one room had a slow draining issue in the tub and the kitchen sink had a leak when washing the dishes. Other than that it was cool.

This room was perfect for my families extended stay for a few months. Other than beds needing updating and few other minor things. The room was perfect and way better than I expected based off other reviews. And the staff here go above and beyond, special thank you to Lisa the GM for all her hard work to help our family!
