“The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters. ”

“Great Stay Everytime! We stay at the Kingsail about 3 times per year. The rooms are Always clean, Staff is Excellent, Great views of Lagoon, Kyacks, Pool, is impeccable, and more! Reasonable rates, Great location. We caught our biggest fish right off the dock! Big shout out to Derek, and staff for a great time! Thanks again!”

“Nice property- very clean, helpful and kind staff, and we loved the amenities. Paddleboarding and kayaking was incredible! This is a hidden little gem in FL Keys. We stayed off the main property in the townhouses along the canal, and it felt so private. It was nice to be able to leave the main property and have some quiet time but also use all the amenities at the main property when we wanted. We would definitely stay again!!”

“Nice place. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. AC worked very well. Full breakfast provided 8am-10am with a limited menu. Kayaks and bikes available. Unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed on the water. Pool and hot tub worked but only accessible until 8pm. Parking was free and adequate. I would recommend.”

“I had a nice stay there. Drove in late for one night on the way to Key West. Saw the sunset at the bridge, which was only one mile away. Had dinner at the restaurant next door. The next morning, I took one of the complimentary bikes to the 7-mile bridge to watch the sunrise and bike the distance that was opened. I also used one of the complimentary kayaks to bop around a little on the water. It was all a very nice experience.”

“Yes, it was a wonderful experience. The location was not the best behind a Publix and the staff was terrible and you can’t fish off the boats. There’s no cleaning products and nothing was cleaned during our four days day. Otherwise it was great. We had a great time a light broken screen came off stuff like that but otherwise yeah, we had a great time, but I think they could be more friendly and they can allow you to fish off the house but they could help you with the kayaks and not be rude I...

“So, the host and the office was not there/open the entire week we were there. However!!! the staff that was present went above and beyond giving us everything we needed and helped us enjoy our stay greatly. They cleaned every single day beautifully and provided recommendations even if we originally needed some help with Google translate. Love y'all. We will definitely be back.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the family suite. Check-in process was a breeze. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, no off odors, beds were comfortable, plenty of space to move around and specially for the kiddos to play. I really enjoyed the balcony area. Although we had access to a kitchenette (with a full size fridge) I didn’t get to use it, but if I would’ve stayed longer I would have definitely taken advantage of it.
