“This hotel is amazing!!!! Front desk staff super friendly, in fact, every employee I encountered was friendly. The room was clean, smelled good, and decorated so great! Bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing. So many options, and fully stocked. I highly recommend staying here. My expectations were greatly exceeded, and I will be a repeat customer.”

“Overall, great hotel: clean rooms and common areas, comfy beds, good water pressure and temperature, effective darkening blinds, plenty of room space, and adequate breakfast offerings. The location is near ISU campus and nice shops and restaurants at easy walking distance. Parking is inconvenient being in a ramp across the street. Not too far away, but be aware of this in poor weather. Positives out weigh any negatives, I would stay here again.”

“We appreciated the kind staff however the room was not as we expected. The room was a bit stuffy and moldy-which I’m allergic to, so that was a bit difficult. Thank you”

“Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. “This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price.”

“First, the room looked nothing like what I had booked! There was supposed to be a separate area for the pullout bed. Since someone in the group snores, that is majn reason for booking this room.
