“A las 4 am intentaron entrar a una de las habitaciones que habiamos reservado, en donde había niños, a esa hora, con la escusa que la habitación no estaba pagada, que abrieran... pésima experiencia, los niños asustados 😨 jamás vuelvo a reservar en ese hotel y jamás recomendado... y solo dicen en recepción qué fue un error que no fue la manera de proceder!!! A esa hora??? Cuando las personas duermen”

“Perfect place to stay if you have appointments at the consulate. Clean and comfortable beds. Only negative to mention is that several of the rooms do not have windows. The sister hotel, also called the Mesaluna, has a pool that you have access to. Both are great properties and BOTH easily walkable to the consulate.”
