“A perfect stay in Milan! Our trip started on a high note thanks to the incredibly friendly reception staff. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It was also a good size for two people to stay without any discomfort. Above all, the breakfast was delicious and the 24-hour free snacks were a huge plus. The location is also great—only a 5-minute walk from both the tram and subway stations. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Milan!”

“Excellent location for exploring Milan. Hopped on the metro blue line from Linate airport then a 5 min walk to the apartment. The apartment was spotless, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy walk to the Duomo, the castle and the shops. Hosts were very responsive, easy to deal with and extremely helpful with recommendations as well as top tips for getting around. Would definitely recommend.”

“Staff were very welcoming and spoke English. Allowed us to check in early and showed us all the amenities included with our stay. Room was clean and had great air conditioning to help get out of the summer heat. Would recommend with walking distance to downtown shopping.”

“This hotel has good service, rooms are spacious and the location is good. But the building and the rooms are old and does not feel like a 5 star hotel. The hotel is very clean but feels old. ”

“I don’t think I will stay there again after stayed 3 nights.. When I talked with the staff when we arrived she said they will provide the water more if we want so I thought they will give us more free water. I asked another staff in the evening and he said if we finish free bottle then just drink water in the fridge and pay for it. He shouted on the phone and even I asked him to come to my room to show the price list he kept yelling at me in front of my mom. We paid almost 1200 euro for 3 nights...

“good: local experience (a room in apartment, separate bathroom & shared kitchen), location (close to center) bad: noisy... we took the room close to the lift, and the alert sound kept us surprised at night. no cleaning service for 3 nights (towels not changed)”
