"Great for a family hotel, bit busy around the pool"

"Convenient location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and beds."

"Convenient location, nice staff and clean room. We enjoyed our stay!"

"This is a lovely boutique hotel located in the beautiful town of Giubiasco by a green centra piazza and was excellent for exploring nearby Bellinzona and easy to get into Lugano. Friendly staff, a spacious and clean room with nice decor. Enjoyed a lovely evening meal and glass of wine at the restaurant too. Very happy with my short stay ."

"Great"

"Amazing view, great resort."

"The room was clean, service friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was very good. Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave, and the AC in the room was old and unable to cool the room down to a comfortable level. Also, the ceiling lights did not work at all."

"All is perfect. Pool Food"

"It is a simple but beautiful accommodation in chill neighborhood"

"Fantastic rooms, great air conditioning, convenient check in, convenient location. Great"

"We love this beautiful place. It’s our second time staying at Casa Berno and would love to return again. The lake is spectacular, the pool is gorgeous and, while the rooms and bathrooms are a little dated, the views more than make up for it. The breakfast is fantastic too! We can’t say enough good things about Casa Berno! (Just that it’s too far from our home in Colorado!)"

"Perfect location over the lake & walking distance to town & train station"

"Easy to checkin and Parking after 18.30 it free.Hotel very Cosy and So clean"

"Location is good and convenient. Continental Breakfast was great with variety."

"The staff went all out to make our stay feel the most confortable and welcoming I have ever felt in a hotel. Friendly, knowledgeable, they definitely went the extra mile. The spa, the location, the grounds, all were just stunningly beautiful. Walkable to the center of the shops, restaurants and coffee places. I would live there if I could. It is just an amazing hotel."

"Overall a pleasant experience. Friendly staff and a breakfast witch was a sufficient. Rooms felt a bit dated and miss quipped. But the lake view and balcony was great."

"Hotel is at back of restaurant- took us a few minutes to find when we arrived but after that all good. Very central location, few minutes to trsin station, few minutes to ferries and good breskfast included- croissants, bread, meat, cheese, spreads, yoghurts, cereal and hot drinks all served to table. Nice bar in restaurant too- would stay again"
