“Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very good.”

“Our stay was lovely. Dan and Wei were great and the establishment was ideal to walk into town. Our room had everything that was required and Dan did mention that the next time we go, which we will, to book a bigger room. Lounge, bar and dining area very spacious. Breakfast was again excellent with huge choice....put us up for the day !! Car park right next door which was roomy and secure. Outside you could also sit on the patio - plenty of seats. Everything kept clean. All staff polite....

“Everything about the property was great. Staff, bedroom, breakfast all brilliant. We feel we should have been warned about the scaffolding and plastic sheeting all round the front of the property, which virtually obliterated the view. Providing a bottle of Prosecco and 20% off the our next stay is all well and good, but didn’t mitigate our disappointment, considering it was quite expensive!”

“Quite near to the centre, very clean room, #9 me & daughter stayed in, room with it's own courtyard, although I didn't use the courtyard much, it's a very nice touch to the property. Great stay all in all.”

“Room (junior double) was ok if a bit rough around the edges, and could do with a refresh though we had a lovely sea view. Good job we are on the smaller side as the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. Didn't use any facilities of the hotel apart from the breakfast room, and have to say what a good breakfast it was - we didn't need to eat again until the evening! Hotel is well placed for Llandudno Town, pier and the Great Orme. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and we would consider staying here...
