"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Imperial Hotel. Staff are wonderful along with the food and entertainment. The room was spacious, relaxing, immaculate and was meticulously clean. I’d recommend the Imperial Hotel to anyone and I will be returning."

"We had a great experience at sandcastles its our go to every year as we travel to goldcoast every year. We have never had a bad experience at this property the kids love the pool the location is close to alot of different restaurants and the beach. "
"We had an excellent stay at Paradise Country in the deluxe family eco tent!
What a cool spot!
The tents are fantastic, fit out with a great shower and heat pump, queen bed and king single bunk beds.
Breakfast was fantastic - great spread of a buffet catering to everyone.
A couple of things which weren’t 100% is that the top bunk wasn’t prepared when we arrived (had dirty sheets on them), however Cass at reception came straight away and apologised and fixed that!
Another thing is that there is no food available in the evenings if you are there during the week so have to go out elsewhere to find food.
All that being said we had an excellent time and will 100% be back! "
"Pros: massive apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Walking distance to coles, restaurant, liquor store. Gated community. Fully refundable even you did not finished your stay due to emergency but must select the refundable option when booking.
Cons: once a week cleaning. floor tiles grout is dirty and in toilet. Pillows is tiny and super soft. not the same as the one in Hotel."
