"The hotel is located at a super good location, very near to the beach and walking distance restaurants. However, the receptionist was a bit rude and gave us a room we did not asked for and did not wanted to change us. The next morning I talked to the other recepcionist and they confirmed that they had made a mistake with my reservation but the hotel was fully booked and we couldnt move."

"Check in was a night mare. Too small a reception area for volume of people checking in and out. Other than that everything and everyone was great. Breakfast was excellent Italian restaurant was also great. Roof top pool and bar a real nice go to. "

"We stayed in the executive level so had access to the executive lounge. Which was nice but quite small. The bathrooms were a little old. Some staff were excellent, some not quite so keen to help. Very good breakfasts! The Hilton is quite a big and busy hotel but very well located "

"This hotel is in a prime location with incredible beach access and overall strip access. We enjoyed the private section of the beach, the rooftop pool, onsite gym and even the sauna. We traveled with another couple and really took advantage of the amenities. Our original room had some issues and we were quickly upgraded to a newly renovated room which took us from a full ocean view to a partial ocean view, but incredible view of the city and favelas. The staff was truly wonderful. Special shoutout to Diana who quickly took care of our room situation and assisted us with a late checkout since our flight is a red eye. We will definitely be back. "

"O Hotel possui uma localização bastante conveniente, o que facilita o acesso a diversos pontos da cidade. Além disso, a maioria dos funcionários demonstra ser educada e prestativa, o que contribui positivamente para a experiência, outro ponto favorável é ar-condicionado dos quartos, que mantém o ambiente bem climatizado. No entanto, alguns aspectos deixam a desejar: O principal deles é o café da manhã, que apresenta sempre as mesmas opções, sem variedade ao longo dos dias. Além disso, não há uma sanduicheira ou qualquer equipamento disponível para que os hóspedes possam aquecer um pão ou preparar algo quente, o que acaba obrigando todos a consumirem os alimentos frios e repetitivos durante toda a estadia. Outro ponto que merece atenção é a limpeza. Em alguns momentos, percebe-se que ela não é realizada de maneira tão cuidadosa quanto deveria, principalmente nos banheiros, que são espaços que exigem um nível maior de higienização e atenção. De forma geral, o Hotel Atlântico possui alguns pontos positivos, especialmente em relação à localização e à educação da maior parte da equipe. No entanto, ainda há diversos aspectos que precisam ser aprimorados. Com melhorias na variedade e estrutura do café da manhã, além de um cuidado maior com a limpeza, o hotel certamente teria potencial para evoluir de uma experiência considerada apenas “ruim” para algo realmente excelente."
