"Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Very well located and safe, would come back for sure. The only thing I could complain about was the jacuzzis condition (deep stains and bubbles not working), which made us hesitant to use them. And the breakfast is not included. Other than that, it was perfect."

"The executive suite was very large and the view of copacabana beach and sugarloaf mountain was beautiful. The only issues we had was one toilet did not work for our entire stay and we had issues with our blinds. There were also lots of stains on the carpet and furniture. Some of the furniture was not in great condition, but overall the room looked generally nice. The staff were generally friendly. There was an incident while we stayed where multiple guests got trapped in one of the elevators which resulted in the fire department coming to get the people out. After that, two elevators were down for most of the remainder of our stay. We booked VIP, where you’re allowed free alcohol and water but only to be consumed in the “VIP lounge” which is simply a small couch next two the VIP check in desk. It was quite awkward to enjoy a drink next to the check in desk. And I don’t understand why we couldn’t have taken water from the VIP area, not even one bottle. The minibar was expensive. Overall I think I grossly overpaid for the executive suite with the flaws we experienced, but the hotel common areas were lovely and made my trip to Rio more enjoyable. The rooftop pool was amazing and the staff at the restaurants and bars were very nice. The vibes were great up on the roof."

"O quarto estava com as paredes sujas, a maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava quebrada, o frigobar ficou sem funcionar por 3 dias, a iluminação do quarto é fraca, a porta do banheiro estava estufada e com muito mofo. O café da manhã estava muito bom, tudo muito fresquinho e saboroso, nada a reclamar. O staff é meio lento para atender todo mundo, só tinham 2 pessoas na recepção. O check out nao foi eficiente. "

"Nice hotel in the heart of Leblon, close to everything and the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was very nice and varied. Very much enjoyed staying here."

"The hotel is a perfect location. Very close to the beach, easily walkable from hotel to there. Shopping and restaurants right outside. It was perfect. The stafff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The room was very clean. Perfect for couples. To get into the shower might be a problem if you’re a bigger person. My friends had trouble on a cruise so I try to notice that more breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Fruit, breakfast meat, tons of drinks and pastries . Would definitely come back for location and the great time we had."
