“Staff was very helpful in rescheduling our Black Taxi tour when our original driver failed to show. It was also nice having laundry available, although a wash load took 2 hrs and dryer 1 1/2 hrs (detergent pods are sold @ front desk for $2 per load). Check-in was all done @ a kiosk put staff able to assist. Would suggest more lighting in the bathroom and washcloths included w/ the face/bath towels.”

“It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized.”
