Ikke den bedste oplevelse

Hotellet ligger centralt placeret på Strandvejen. Det første værelse var ikke bare småt men også møgbeskidt sengen mindede Mest om et lejrskoleophold og det samme gjorde interiøret. Efter at have bedt om et andet værelse fil jeg det. Super. Men også her var det møgbeskidt og slidt Loftet på badeværelset var mildest talt senest tilset af en mekaniker og affaldne fliser i badet Et hotel der tidligere har været fint men mere er saneringsmoden.

En god hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed og udsigten til parken. Værelse var pen og ren, god seng. Dog mangler et lille køleskab på værelse . God service og venlig personale .

Havde forventet mere, men dog ok

Anmeldelse er påvirket af reduceret service som følge af Corona, men overordnet set virker det som værende noget slidt. Ikke mindst i den afdeling vi boede på. Morgenmad var sparsommelig og ikke hvad man normalt forventer af et 4 stjerner hotel. Omgivelser med Øregaards Parken er helt i top når man medbringer hund.

Personalet var flinke. Dog er det eneste positive udover personalet at vi havde et sted at sove. Hotelværelset var meget mørkt, og der kunne ikke tændes særligt meget lys. Det levede ikke op til den standard vi havde forventet. Morgenmadsbuffeten som ikke var inkluderet i prisen, var ringe, og brødet var ligeså hårdt som beton. Alt i alt en skuffende oplevelse ift. prisen.

Ett trevligt hotell i en lugn och trivsam del av Köpenhamn. Bra och trevlig personal i receptionen, i baren och på hotellets två fina restauranger. Sköna sängar med härliga täcken och flera kuddar.

Helt OK, men ganska dyrt för en ordinär standard. Se upp med att frukost normalt inte ingår utan tillkommer med DDK 150. Verkar vara underbemannat eftersom jag fick säga till om flera saker som tagit slut i frukostbuffén och det tog lång tid innan det kom på plats. Inga ekologiska eller vegetariska alternativ. Väldigt ojämn servicenivå på personalen. Vissa väldigt trevliga, andra nästa otrevliga och ”gå-på-iga”. Om man ska just till Hellerup är det alternativet som finns, men välj något annat om ni ska till Köpenhamn i stort. Dock smidigt med ca 15 min promenad till tåget.

OK, men spring Cappuccino over

Rigtig god check-in service. Usædvanligt lydt. Så hvis du har brug for at sove, så tag en pille/drink eller brug ørepropper. Morgenmad DKK 155,- men bestiller du en Cappuccino, så må du ryste op med DKK 40,- ekstra. Måske ok, men ikke for den "kvalitet". Nok den værste kop lysebrunt vand jeg har set - ikke smagt - for den ville jeg selvfølgelig ikke drikke. Masser af mulighed for god morgenmad i nærheden.
