“Despite the small hurricane water leaks, the staff gave everything they had to make sure we felt welcome. Top shelf drinks are not included in the all inclusive price. I recommend buying some liquor from the airport once you arrive: The beaches and rooms were clean. Food was a little short of what we expected, but I’m sure the quality will be better once the resort is back to perfection after all repairs. Again, I need top shelf liquor: no complaints for me.”

“Everything was AMAZING!! A 5 star rating in my book. My ONLY complaint is, if checking starts at 3 p.m then please have the front desk fully staffed when visitors arrive. We’re tired and stressed out. Other than that, hardest working staff I’ve ever seen and they were VERY professional. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll spread the word 🇯🇲💕”

“I was really looking forward to stay in this hotel since the pictures looked so nice. Place looks exactly the same as how it looks on picture. As soon as i entered the hotel, workers greeted me with welcome drink. Whole resort is just so nice. I strongly recommend getting spa massage here.”
