코스타 다우라다, 스페인의 간이 주방이 있는 호텔

“Personnel agréable. Les chambres sont assez propres, sauf les rideaux et le dessus de certaines prises murales poussiéreuses. L'isolation entre les chambres est pas bonne, on entend le voisin prendre sa douche. La vue est pas top du balcon, juste en face d'un immeuble d'habitation. Attention leur parking est payant (12 euros par jour je crois) et les places sont petites. Mais les places extérieures dans la rue sont en général gratuites. ”

“Limpieza, bienestar, ideal para familias, apartamento comfortable, baño curioso, camas comodas, cocina equipada, pero sobretodo, destaco la amabilidad del personal de recepcion. Muy contentos. Para volver si dudarlo ni un momento.”

“Los apartamentos arago, tal como había leído en otros comentarios están anticuados y huele a desagües, las camas no son muy cómodas, y las almohadas ni te cuento, creo que deben reformarlo un poco. En cuanto al personal del hotel, muy agradables y eficientes, Sobre todo el personal del comedor. En general hemos estado a gusto.”

“It wasn't as per my booking confirmation. I was given confirmation in my booking that there was Air conditioning but the room had none. I had to make several phone calls to customer service. One of your customer service agent Rick promised to give me full refund if I wanted to check out but another manager refused to follow up. Ruined my holiday. I have demanded compensation and refund.”

“Firstly, Enjoy your stay in Salou!!! Viva Salou... and the Hotel itself is not the best nor the worst either. It’s somewhat a 3 stars for me.. The Area (Salou is just at the doorsteps) The Communication is (Good enough) and the Food. ( half board) it’s worth. Now the downside is the some of the amenities were broken, the lift is for 3 people only and it will only reach the 6th.( and we where at 7th) but anyway we where told during the check-in. and The WC are not well maintained ( but clean...
