"Rooms were extremely spacious, clean and well appointed. The lovely balcony overlooking the river was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay there. The bar was a great place to hang out on the evenings. Loved every bit of it. Had a problem in the room but it was quickly taken care of by the staff. Will definitely go back"

"Nice property. Close to metro stop.Easy access to centre in 10 mins. At busy periods the 2 lifts were slow. Breakfast was the same everyday. On some days of our week's stay, replenishment of the food was slow and the coffee machines ran out regularly and staff were slow to fix."

"This hotel is in a great location, with good cheap restaurants close by. The breakfast is also pretty good. But the main attraction is the bar across the street. Here a group of alcoholic, deaf old men run entertainment from 1600 to 2400 nightly. This includes playing music loudly, 'singing', shouting, letting off fireworks, and occasionally fighting in the street. Don't worry that your room is only 15 metres away -- you won't miss a sound. The virtual front desk means that all your fellow guests will be aficianados of deprecated Microsoft products. In fact, the hotel is so popular that they try their best to make sure that guests only stay a single night: one roll of toilet paper, two coffee pods, one dishwasher tablet, one sachet of dishwashing soap, one set of towels, and one set of sheets. You can of course ask for another day's worth every day. So don't be concerned about your privacy -- the room will never be serviced, no matter how long you stay."

"Room was spotless, bed very comfortable and room had everything needed. Quiet venue a short walk from centre, and great meal in the adjoining restaurant. There was free street parking all along the hotel road. "

"The staff were very good in the breakfast room, Carolina was very pleasant and cheerful and always willing to be helpful, Phillipe was trying hard with his English a very nice young man. The breakfast room was very cold, air conditioning was on full blast so that when we got to our table with the warm breakfast it was cold. We paid extra to be in a river view room, this was a mistake as it was on the cold side of the hotel it didn't get any sun coming into the room through the day , when we came back to the room after being in the warm sunshine the room was very very cold, the Aircon was set for Summertime so no heat in the room. We told the reception about this and the Lady said it could not be changed and that we could have some extra blankets if we wanted them. but this would not help the atmosphere in the room. We had brought HOT WATER BOTTLES with us so that helped when we were in bed. We had booked for nine nights but had to leave after five nights as my wife caught a chill."

"We had the most incredible stay from start to finish. We had our puppy Quincy with us and the from the moment we walked into the hotel we were treated so well by all the staff and they were so accommodating of Quincy. Room was spacious, and you couldn’t hear anyone through the walls. Bed super comfortable! Our room also had a dog bed, lovely bowls and a toy which was a lovely touch. We need to know Hilton’s secret because it always smells incredible! 😂 Truly have not a bad word to say about this hotel, the staff were truly amazing and we had some lovely conversations with them. We will definitely be back."
