“They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!”

“I was really disappointed with my stay. For the price, the rooms are very small, smell old, and are not worth the cost. The worst part was arriving late after already paying through Expedia, only to have the owner insist that I pay a second time directly to him. He refused to let me check in and was very rude, leaving me stranded with my luggage while I spent a long time on the phone with Expedia, with no taxis available that late. It was a very stressful way to end the day, and unfortunately...
