Had to go back and forth on email for their customer service to help. My husband and I ended up having to move a sofa to get behind and turn on the modem.??? The company who manages the apartment must be cutting costs because we froze. We could not adjust the thermostat and my husband and I wore socks to bed and I wore my parka to get to sleep ??? “Fantastic little apartment in a brilliant location. Apartment had everything you needed and more for a weekend away. We had apartment 5 right at the very top, so no noise. Theres 2 long stay car parks nearby at £6 for 24 hours.Only complaint would be the key code to get in. I really struggled with it, especially after a few drinks 😉”

“This was a great find with free parking outside the front door on a quiet residential street less than 10 minutes walk from the city walls. Lillian met us at check in and we couldn't fault the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. There was a quality welcome pack in the fridge and the apartment was warm. The best recommendation I can give this property is we would love to stay again ”
