"The property is not close to the train station. There was no air conditioning and when we inquired reception said it was not hot so it was not on."

"Great hotel near shopping street and not far from Westfield Centre. Around 30 mins walk to La Defense Arena. Hotel room was small and bathroom was small but clean and comfortable with all amenities. The breakfast was good and the staff were very pleasant "

"Our room wasn't ready, resulting in a check-in that was over an hour late. It likely would have been longer if I hadn't vocally complained. I suspect they upgraded our room to make up for it, but due to poor communication, we aren't entirely sure. If the staff had actually explained what was happening instead of just repeating "we are fixing it," I would gladly give 5 stars for customer service. Unfortunately, the lack of clarity ruined the experience."
