“My family and I arrived and immediately noticed the poor exterior conditions. I go to check in the guy at fron was nice and helpful. As he is checking me in he is looking through a notebook telling me he's trying to find a room that had been clean that didn't have any complaints. We drive around back to where ourcroom is. There is trash everywhere a trash bag hanging from upper balcony and looked very sketchy. We go inside to our room and the place smells like Marijuana and cigarettes. There...

“Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff.”
