In the bathroom was a fairly new shower which was great apart from there was no place to put your soap or shampoo. The breakfast was cooked to order and like the evening meals were excellent. The pub has been taken over by a lovely couple called Alex and Noah and along with their attentive staff I believe they will make it a great success"

"The room was clean with everything we needed. The beds were two twin mattress put together which kept separating leaving a gap to fall through which was very annoying and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Pool and spa was nice, sauna was out of order though but everything very clean. Overall it was really nice for the price and I would go back, just would make sure it’s a full double bed!"

"Best about the accomodation is being on top of the hill overlooking the sea. Comfortable for a group of 4 persons. We didn't have a car but the flat is near St Austell train station, it’s about 25 mins walk. There are buses.But Taxi difficult to book, long waiting time."
