"We were so happy to stay here. We had a situation with another property we booked and the VRBO team jumped in and got us set up with this property. The on site property managers were awesome and even got us into the property a little early. This was a wonderful location and really close to the Earl Street station. "This hotel, in a lovely section of Kensington, provided super value for the location. The rooms are a bit quirky BUT their assets overcome dated furniture and the tight-for-2 layout: The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom’s tub and shower are updated, the complimentary cookies, water and Twinings tea much appreciated. Can’t emphasize location enough, especially the $250 US we paid per night in this upscale area. To boot: Our stay sadly aligned with the 4-day underground strike, but there was so much to walk to—Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, Victoria and Albert museum, Natural History museum, oodles of shops and restaurants—we had a lovely stay and burned calories. Our experience with the staff was great, too. "
