“I liked so many things about Curtain Bluff. The beach area is beautiful and all of the activities are within easy reach. The food was diverse and delicious. A new dinner menu every evening with wonderful choices. Everybody was extremely friends, including the people who were also vacationing there. I loved the open-ness of the public areas, so it was cool and comfortable without being air conditioned. It was a great spot to relax or keep busy.”

“The property is amazingly beautiful. It is rustic and not for anyone with mobility challenges but the views in every direction are breathtaking. We had an opportunity to stay in a bay-view pool cottage for the first half of the trip and a sunset-view pool cottage for the second half. Both views were great, but we slightly preferred the bay view just because the view had more character. Both cottages were rustic but very well done. The double outdoor show was so amazing! We just got back...

“The beach was unbeatable. The sand was great, no rocks. The water was beautiful, warm and turquoise. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Service was a bit slow at times but we weren’t in a rush. Some areas had sewage smell wafting. Need to improve the sanitation in that regard. ”

“Unique historic building restored as a hotel with period decor. Really charming, great location. No pool or beach, but a water taxi can take you to a beach 5 mins away. The best part is how wonderful, welcoming, and helpful the staff was - including the 3 ladies who sang Happy Birthday to my husband at breakfast.”

“The beach is gorgeous and the staff are fantastic. Good selection of non-motorised water sports, bed is comfy and the free minibar (soft drinks only) is a nice touch. Only reasons for 4 not 5 star rating was that I thought the on site restaurants were a little over priced for the food as were the drinks, and shower gels etc we’re not replenished (minor touch I appreciate). ”

“Everything was wonderful from the moment we got there. This getaway is only 7 minutes from the airport. The owner was so sweet. She gave us tips and recommendations for everything. We tried it all and loved every minute of our stay. The views are stunning!!! The sounds of the ocean were soothing and healing. This property is huge, but the service is exceptional and they are very attentive to all the guests needs. We will definitely be back. We rented a car and went everywhere that the owner...
