“This resort could use a huge update broken tiles and cracks in the walls. I experienced a lot of rude staff and I mean a lot!! I personally think this resort could benefit from a makeover staff included. I probably won’t be back to this repost again”

“The location is stellar for the views and the beach, even commuters to the airport. The property is having major construction done and is obviously not ideal. Otherwise it is very quaint and suffice for a short stay.”

“The actual prorperty was not as shown in the pictures on line. It was described as luxury. It was not luxurious. It was dated and dingy in some areas. “It was our third time staying at Dickinson bay cottages. We love the proximity to the beach. This time we were in a 1 bedroom. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We like the updated washroom, but the towel bar needed to be affixed more securely, possiblyina better location.”

“We enjoyed our stay and will be returning because I was treated like family from arrival to departure.”

“This hotel is what I needed for a quick get away . The staff was friendly and helpful . Would definitely come back .”

“I had mistakenly booked a room with 2 beds and would have loved to change it to 1 queen bed instead but we were told it wasn't possible. Otherwise everything else was OK.”

“No good”

“This location is 12 minutes away from the town of St.Johns and less than 10 minutes away from the airport. Very close to Dickerson Bay which is one of the nicest beaches on that side of the island. Property is well secured with cameras and motion lights. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Denyse the host is onsite so any issues can be addressed immediately. She is very accommodating and professional. An excellent choice for a home away from home atmosphere”
