"The staff provided an exceptional service. I checked in on Thursday August 13, to find out that I erroneously made a reservation for August 20. The reservation was a non-refundable and after asking Mr. Luciano at the front desk for help, he went the extra mile and consulted with his manager who approved a new reservation for that night and cancel the wrong reservation with no penalties. My family and I had a great experience at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was excellent, the check in/out was quick, and more importantly, the entire staff was friendly and polite. I am looking forward to coming back again. "This was our second stay here and we've already booked our third trip for January. We loved how close the resort was to the airport, 5 minute ride with their friendly driver Bob! The beds are so comfortable in this resort. We had a two bedroom suite, which worked out perfectly traveling with my mom so she didn't have to stay in a room alone. The pool area is so beautiful, there are always plenty of towels. We loved the shuttle down to Old Town, we utilized it daily, Johnny is such a knowledgeable driver and shares tons of facts about Key West and great recommendations for restaurants etc."

"Property was clean, well-kept, easily accessible with lots of accommodations to choose from: hammocks, kayaks, docks, pool, star-gazing. Though kayaks were only available until 3pm - that seemed way too early to stop enjoying the water. All in all though, we would come back, just better prepared with timing to actually enjoy the water better."
