“We had a wonderful stay, and even when I forgot to ask for certain accommodations and didn’t expect them to have to make up for it they still helped us and help my mom and it was one of the best days I would stay here anytime the location was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful. The cabin was beautiful. It was a really nice place to stay in. The staff was just exceptional. I will definitely be staying here again and bringing my family.”

“Our room was clean. The bathroom sink, shower, and toilet were clean. Our over the sink light fixtures , mirror frame, and baseboards hadn't been dusted in quite sometime. The staff was great! Breakfast was amazing. The best we have ever had in a Best Western. Parking was easy. Plenty of spaces.”

“My husband and I (and our dog) stayed at the cabins for three days at the Crooked River Ranch golf course. The cabins are quite new and nicely furnished. Since my husband wanted to play golf at the golf course, it was an ideal location. We also visited Smith Rock State Park and my husband fly fished near the Baldwin Dam. Even though it was mid afternoon, he caught several fish. If we are in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay at the cabins again.”

“Staff was friendly and facilitates were clean. We had a shower head arm that leaked like crazy and sprayed all over the bathroom floor. Disappointed the cleaning staff did not bring this up to management as it caused so much water damage one of the baseboard tiles popped off. We let front desk know and they took feedback well. Wouldn’t mind staying here again.”

“The check in process was a fast. However, the property was not very clean. I did not get the room I had reserved and was told that they were all sold out and the room I had was the last one. I had reserved a premium room with 3 beds and kitchenette. The room had only 2 beds and no kitchen. I had it reserved for 2 nights, we are a family of 5. “We stayed at the lodge. The rooms were clean. They did need maintenance and dated. Not a lot of water pressure from the shower head but adequate. The pillows need replacing!! The staff however were excellent! From the restaurants to the pools to the lobby! It’s not a fancy place but my grandson had a blast at the pools and so did we actually. Not expensive really either. If your are an active family looking for outdoor activities this works best for you.”

“Checking in, the lobby was a pig-sty. The room was adequate, air conditioner worked well and ample parking. I noticed the bathroom floor was wet. I figured housekeeping had just mopped it but that was not the case. The following day the bathroom floor and the carpet just outside the bathroom was flooded.
