The hotel owner treats you like family and the breakfast provided was cooked fresh for you the moment you sat down at the table. Located in the San Blas neighborhood, there are a ton of places to eat and shop and it’s only a short distance to the plaza also.

The owner was super helpful and friendly. The beds were nice, and blankets thick. We stayed one night and the location is perfect in centre of Cuscos best area San Blas. Much value for money.

I wouldn’t go back there.

Hotel was ok. They never change the towels in 5 days. I had to ask for toilet paper and heater. Noisy, you can hear people walking outside and inside. However, people who work there always were kind.

The staff were so friendly and went out of there way to answer questions and help with taxi's etc, even though there was a language barrier. It was a last minute booking for me and they accommodated a late checkout for a small fee. It made my last couple of days wonderful. PS. the price is great, just know there is no heat in the rooms; but the bedding is super cozy!

very friendly and helpful staff! they provide you extra quilt if u feel cold. location was excellent it’s so close to everything you need. free breakfast was ok don’t expect too much. property was a bit old but it’s clean overall. we enjoyed the 3-night stay there. (the last day there’s no hot water supply so we took shower in the morning instead, it should be a government thing tho)

Pros: Excellent location; Kind and welcoming staff; Large room; Very clean; Coat rack in the room. Cons: Extremely hard bed; No heater, and windows aren't insulated (gaps between window and frame), so the warm air doesn't stay in the room. They do provide plenty of blankets, so we weren't cold sleeping - just couldn't be in the room unless hiding under the blankets; Not a single shelf in the bathroom. Overall, for a budget stay, the place was good and the people who run it are absolutely wonderful.

The cutest hotel in the PERFECT location. We stayed 4 nights and loved it. It is a family run hotel and they really care about making it a nice place to stay. The breakfast is lovely as it’s included in the price. They work very hard and will go above and beyond to help you. They don’t have many reviews as it is brand new but I’m so glad we took the chance. It’s super clean and cosy. My partner ended up in hospital during our stay here and they checked up on us as well as called the hospital to help with a quick arrival. We can’t thank them enough and we hope to come back to see this beautiful hotel thriving :)

Quartier top mais l’hotel est plus proche des 8/10

Quartier superbe. Accueil tres sympathique. Cependant tres decue par la Chambre qui n’etait pas du tout conforme a la description Hotel.com. Chambre de 30m2 s’est avéré etre 12m2 avec des lits de 80cm. Salle de bain rudimentaire mais nous sommes au Perou donc ok. Salle de petit dejeuner en plein air, attention aux frileux.
