“Building was clean. Shower water pressured needs to be stronger. For a four day stay, we did not get any room service until we asked for towels and we put the garbage outside the door. Breakfast manager embarrasses people by screaming that breakfast must be paid instead of doing it discreetly. Breakfast should be included instead of charging 6.99. Charge to Check in 1.5 hours early of $45 dollars is ridiculous.”

“Nice place, but a little outdated. Water pressure is almost nonexistent. Had to take a cold shower because it didn't get hot. The shower space is so small that the curtain was touching my skin. Ewwww.”

“We traveled with two toddlers, so just going to list items from that perspective. Water park: 8/10. There were a variety of pools (i.e heated pool with water slides, splash pad for infants, water splash area of children, etc). They were open from 9am-9pm. Only thing that was an inconvenience is both days we went to the pool: towels were a 30+ min. wait: would recommended bringing your own. “저렴한 호텔이라 기대는 안했지만 청소 자체를 안하는 듯하며 방도 정리 자체를 안하는 듯함! 방에도 냄새가 흐심하고 엘리베이터에도 향기까지 원하는건 아니지만 냄세가 좋지 않음! 전체적으로 위생과 거리가 있고 아침 식사가 있다고 하지만 오랜지 주스로 보이는 TANG으로 만든 노란 주스이고 기대할 정도 아님! 다양한 나라 호텔들 가봤지만 최악의 호텔을 미국 휴스턴에서 찾았다는 것이 ... 신기힘!”

“The room did not have hair dryer, coffee pot or safety latch on door. No breakfast although website showed pictures of it. There were dead bugs in the bed but I didn't see any live ones. Appeared to be bedbugs. AC was good and bed was comfortable. It was clean except for the bugs. It was quiet there and staff was friendly. Could not go inside, had to use night window.”

“친절한 직원들과 아름다운 조경이 인상적이 였어요. 야외 수영장은 아주 큰 규모는 아니였으나 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 대체로 조용하고 어린 아이들이 있는 가족들이 많이 오는 가족형 리조트였습니다. 침대가 누우면 푹 꺼져서 자고 일어나면 허리가 아플줄 알았는데 허리 아픈것도 없었고 이틀 매일 숙면을 취해서 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 가을이나 겨울에 다시 한번 오려고 합니다.”
