I requested a twin bed but there was no reply and when I arrived, they said no twin beds. They managed to add extra bed which is good enough but it took up a lot of space. Next day they told us they could change to a twin bed room but we only stayed 2 nights so it's kinda no point. My mum forgot her bag by the swimming pool and the staff found and kept it safe. So it's an extra point in a way but to be honest, any hotel would do that up to my standard.

Not bad except breakfast.

Was uograded to a great room with great view. Only real complaint was breakfast, which was served cold every morning and the food lacked flavor and variety. The buffet had burners, but the staff did not turn them on and so the food was cold and barely edible.

호텔은 아주 좋았습니다. 민폐 투숙객들만 빼면 완벽합니다.

새로 지은 곳인지 상당히 깔끔했습니다. 직원들도 친절하여 짐도 다 들어주고, 문도 열어주고, 복장도 잘 갖춰입고 있더군요. 숙소에서 미케해변이 보여서 좋았습니다. 수영장은 크지는 않지만 적당히 놀기에 좋았습니다. 조식은 그냥 저냥 괜찮았습니다. 개선되었으면 하는 점이 있는데 민폐 투숙객 관리를 좀 해줬으면 합니다. 베트남인지 중국인지 패키지팀이 같은 층에 들어온것 같았습니다. 저녁 11시 넘어서 체크인을 한건지 복도에서 한참을 시끄럽게 떠들고 문을 쾅쾅 닫아가며 난리를 피우더군요 30~40분가량을. 호텔측에서는 아무런 제재도 가하지 않았습니다.

Well worth the money !

Good hotel, near the beach and were We stayed on the 15th floor the view was stunning over the bay. Very nice pool on the rooftop aswell.
