"It started off bad the first day. The property had accused us of breaking the shaving mirror assembly. Basically, the metal arm pole someone prior to us must’ve used heavy strong force to bend the metal pole really bad. It has to be done on purpose, no accident can bend that metal pole arm. After we told the staff at front desk, they apologized for accusing us. Other than that the property is located next to Vincon shopping plaza, and lots of nearby restaurants. Short taxi Grab ride to My Khe beach. The breakfast is Ok. Nothing that great but it’s ok and staff working hard. Property is a good 4-stars hotel. Lots of foreigners as guest. Because the price is good affordable, the guest that stays at this hotel will be of normal class. No upper or very lower class. Just normal guests with lack of any manners kind. It was quite annoying at times. If you are on a budget, and looking for a clean room with 4 star hotel rating or slightly below. This is a good choice. Will recommend."

"Our room was amazing. We had the 3 bedroom penthouse suite with amazing views of both the city and the ocean. We woke up to the sunrise every morning and my kids enjoyed the sunset over the city. Emma was our designated host/concierge and she did an amazing job. She set up our first night dinner in our dining room, booked private car services for both Bana Hills and a day of touring around the city, and took care of anything we needed. All of the staff are so nice, we really enjoyed our stay here."

"Very nice location and clean. The pool is small, so just cross the street to the beach for sunbathing and swimming. It is very nice that they have beach towels to borrow for free as well."

"I can't fault the cleanliness, location, rooms and breakfast. I stayed 10 days at this wonderful hotel and I would fully recommend for anyone looking for a good reasonable priced hotel staying near the beach in Da Nang. The staff are really next level and can't do enough for you. Management should be proud on how their staff all conduct themselves to make sure everyone is looked after. Well done will be back soon. "We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The location is excellent for exploring Da Nang, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and quality each morning. What impressed us most was the exceptional customer service. We especially want to recognize Ms. Tran, who warmly welcomed us and personally showed us our room at check-in, and Ms. Lam, who remained attentive throughout our stay and continuously worked to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our room. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern were greatly appreciated. During our stay, we raised a concern about our room. Although it took some time to fully resolve, the staff took our concern seriously from the beginning, listened carefully, and made every effort to find a solution. We never felt dismissed, and the team remained committed until it was resolved to our satisfaction. For us, the true measure of hospitality is how a hotel responds when something needs attention. The team truly distinguished themselves in this respect. Combined with the excellent location, outstanding breakfast, and warm hospitality, their service made our stay memorable. We sincerely appreciate the care shown to us, particularly by Ms. Tran and Ms. Lam, and would gladly stay here again."
