"What a gem!! We stayed for 4 days. Had to readjust our arrival and departure date at last minute due to typhoon Shanshan☹️. They even refunded our last day stay without asking as we had to leave a day earlier due to approaching typhoon. We arrived at midnight by train and the manager met us on site to welcome us and explain everything. Having a washer and dryer in one machine on site saved us! We would do a load of laundry every night and in the morning have clean clothes. Saved a lot of time...

"We recently stayed for a week, and it was a relaxing stay in Kyoto. The staff was great, the room clean, the breakfast awesome. The onsen was a relaxing experience, and we are glad we could stay during our vacation."
"Love the shower, firm pressure. Rooms were clean, and amenities were nice. My only wish is that they would make the bed when they come in. They clean the room every 3 days, but they come in and do a light touch-up daily, and I wish they would make the bed on those days."
"Excellent excellent service. When leaving the hotel one of the staff assisted us to wheel our luggage all the way to the train station a back way through shopping centres so we wouldn’t have to go out in the cold and because we weren’t sure where to go. He also helped us onto a special train that had lots of fun carriages instead of the common ones. The rooms are spacious and clean, we had the one with the sauna and it was well worth the extra money! Easy to use and again, very clean. Beds are comfy, spacious bathroom. Big selection of food for the buffet as well. Really recommend this hotel!"
