When checking in, the staff member spoke to me alone, did not tell me the room number, and did not tell me any general information. So we changed rooms. When I entered the new room, there was a strange smell. I found out later that it was a room given to pet guests. There was no basic water in the room.
There was no changing room at the pool. There were no towels, so I went back to the front desk. There were only two beach tables in the pool, and they all had chairs, so the kids were swimming and the parents weren't, so we had to wait.
I called because I needed a wine opener in my room, and they said it could only be used at the front desk. In other words, room service was also very inconvenient.
There was no table service for breakfast. Overall, I received service that was hard to believe that it was a Hilton hotel chain.
