There was a pool and gym indicated on the listing and then we arrived to find both of them absent which was frustrating. The elevator smelled like dog and was very dirty. The room was clean and breakfast was decent.

I didnt like all the construction that was there but that is of no fault of the hotel. The staff was amazing and really helpful. I loved the 2 ladies that checked us in on friday evening (08/11/23)they are super amazing and patient and answered all of our questions. And trust me, we had alot of em. Thank yall for the wonderful stay!!

Liked the location relative to the events we attended and the hot breakfast. Disliked the many items missing from our room (i.e., trash can in bathroom, face towel, no facial tissues, no extra roll of toilet paper, no hairdryer, HVAC unit was noisy and didn’t provide heat (we were given a space heater), and the shower did not appear to have a posi-temp valve (difficult to obtain a consistent water temperature).

Good hotel to stay

Overall, this hotel provides good service, with friendly staff, decent facilities, and a diverse selection of breakfast options. If I come again next time, I would likely stay here again. There are two minor drawbacks that need improvement: I observed two or three customers unable to access their rooms due to malfunctioning room keys. Additionally, the metal L-shaped brackets securing the mattresses have sharp edges, and I got cut when getting out of bed!

Read the reviews first before going

The bed is very comfortable and the deposit should not be 80 dollars a day . That’s where people wouldn’t come back and the prices go up everyday on the room . The breakfast is good the first day and then it’s the same food everyday and just over cook the food . And there general manager is nice at first then he have his mean days . Just make sure you keep your receipts and records your conversation if your talking to the general manager he is a Mexican men

The reason i didn't give 5 stars to anything is because the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, the toilets do not have good water pressure, the walls are thin. My family heard someone having adult time while we were walking in the hallway. The swimming pool water had a fecal smell to it. We were only in it for about 15 minutes then decided we should probably get out due to the smell. We did like the staff, the breakfast was great and it was a convenient place to stay.
