This is a great, clean and secure hotel. Only Hotel in the area with secure auto parking. All the staff is very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast is good with plenty of options

The staff were not very welcoming or helpful. They were not accommodating for even small requests. The in room features were nice, including a great shower with good water pressure as well as a comfortable bed. It was also nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was decent and offered a good variety.

This was my 2nd stay at the property & the staff & other guest were pure greatness. I made a few friends on my floor & found out I was named the “The Green Tea Shot Guy”. With the annual Saint Patrick’s Day Parade being roughly a block over the hwy perfect location to stay for the festivities. There’s also easy access to the hwy which made a smooth way to get to downtown Dallas or other fun places along the hwy.

Fabulous room with complete kitchen where we were able to use the convection oven to make pizza, saute veggies, and other dishes. Housekeeping were terrific cleaning on a daily basis. Location was perfect near great parks, aquarium, the galleria. We'll stay again!
