There was no drinks available. The machine was broken. The milk did not taste right. Not a fan of round flat eggs made for sandwiches. The room was beyond excellent. Looks brand new.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Home2 Suites. The customer service was some of the worst I have experienced, especially as a Hilton Diamond member. When we checked in, we had just arrived from out of town and were excited because we were attending a concert that evening. One of the employees made a comment to me saying, “Why are you so happy?” which I took as sarcastic and unwelcoming. Check-in also took an unusually long time. I was also charged for parking, which I found unusual because this hotel was not in a downtown area and there was no parking garage. I was given a diamond reserved parking space, but when I returned from the concert, two spaces were occupied. There were not even reserved parking signs on the vehicles so I had to park much farther away. The problems continued the following morning. I had requested a late checkout for 12PM for both of my rooms, and I also had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. Despite this, hotel staff began knocking on my door around 8:00–9:00 AM, waking me up. I had already had a terrible night because the air conditioning in the room was not working properly and the room never felt cold. On top of that, the guest above me was repeatedly stomping and pounding on the floor throughout the night, which kept me awake. I called the front desk and explained that I could not sleep because of the noise. I was told that someone would notify the guests upstairs. I went downstairs around 12 PM, I was understandably ery upset.

Our room was clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t make it to eat breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking fee.

Loved our stay here compared to others in the area. New, clean and very functional for short or long term stay. Suite includes plenty of space to work including a movable table, couch and a mini kitchen with dishes and a good size fridge and sink, microwave and dishwasher. Everything worked great and enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Will be staying here again.

One night of our stay, my friend and I walked to the nearby plaza to grab a bite. On the way back in, we asked the security guard why he was blocking off the plaza with his car, and he responded saying “this is not a good area”😅 While we didn’t see anything too concerning, and we generally felt safe on the property, it’s worth noting lol. Overall very clean and appropriately priced stay!

I booked this hotel for my guests, a couple traveling with two children. Shortly after checking in, they found a cockroach in their room. They had to pack all of their belongings and move to another room late at night, which was very inconvenient for the family. The room change happened only after I requested it. While the staff eventually transferred them to another room, the experience disrupted their stay and should not have happened in the first place. I also reached out regarding compensation, but the hotel declined because the reservation was booked through a third party. I hope the hotel improves its room inspections and guest service so future guests don’t experience the same issue.

The hotel lobby and other areas seemed clean. Our room was very clean the first night. We expected the room to be cleaned every night but, was told housekeeping only cleaned every other day which was very disappointing. Also the morning of the 2nd and 3rd/last night, there was a foul BM smell coming in the room. It smelled like maybe the sewage pipes were backed up and the smell was coming through the vents in the room. I suggest they really get that checked, cleaned and repaired asap. Staff, breakfast and parking was good. The entire stay was okay but, will not stay at this location again when I come back to visit Dallas.
