When I arrived at the hotel, I was immediately disappointed by the overall cleanliness and condition of the room. The floors were visibly dirty, with dust, debris, and sticky spots in several areas, suggesting they had not been cleaned properly in quite some time. The bed was equally unacceptable , the sheets appeared worn and stained, and the pillows had an unpleasant odor. It was clear that the bedding had not been freshly laundered, which made it feel unsanitary and uninviting.
The overall presentation of the room was nothing like the photos advertised online. In the pictures, the space appeared bright, modern, and well-kept, but in reality, it looked neglected and poorly maintained. The atmosphere gave the impression that proper housekeeping and hygiene standards were not being followed.
Due to these conditions, I did not feel comfortable staying the night and made the decision to vacate the premises immediately. This was a highly disappointing experience and a clear misrepresentation of the property’s quality.
