Great property, comfortable &very accessible into downtown. Although very close to bars , coffee shops & downtown, it’s also pretty close to the neighbouring area which isn’t exactly appealing. Lots of vagrants around but to be expected around a downtown property. Would stay there again for value & location

Great spot within walking distance to downtown and the farmers market. We had a lovely time. A little noisy Friday night with an afterparty, but otherwise a great stay. The apartment itself was nice and accomidating. We'd stay again.

Very comfortable downtown loft apartment with kitchen, living room, large bathroom, one bedroom with king size bed and queen bed adjacent to living room sectioned off by floorr to celing curtains. It was a plus to have access to a washer and dryer.

Location was great for the Convention Center. Room was very comfortable. All commmunication with the host and staff was through digital means, and that took some getting used too. Additional towels would have been nice.

They switched my room on arrival and called it an “upgrade,” but it felt more like the discount version of what I actually booked. Floors were spotless, kitchen had everything except food. We saw one roach. Just one. My friend had a full meltdown. Getting into the building felt like walking through a scene from a crime documentary. Homeless people by the door, random folks lurking on the curb—though surprisingly, they were the friendliest people we met all weekend. Only one valet looked like he wanted to be there. The others looked like their shift started in 1997. They did leave Tide Pods though, so at least the laundry was hopeful.

Great sized apartment - perfect for the group our size. however one of the bathrooms shower curtain was covered in mold. Beds were incredibly comfortable and walking distance to downtown, the area has a lot of homeless present.
