"Good Stay, supportive staff"

"Staff great new build about one year open. Out of the way for other things like restaurants etc. Need taxi rides. Very nice hotel and staff."

"Pros: 1. The rooms are big, comparatively much bigger than other places. 2. The restaurant is excellent. We ate dinner and enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Both were great quality. 3. The grounds are lovely and great for a stroll on a sunny day. Cons: 1. The rooms are very dated and shabby. 2. There are no extra creature comforts in the rooms. We are a family of four and there were 2 double beds and four pillows total in the room. When we asked for some additional pillows we were told that they do not provide any additional bedding. There was a kettle in the room, but no tea bags, coffee sachets etc. There were only 2 full sized towels in the room for 4 people. 3. There is an additional fee to use the hotel pool (20,000) which isn’t advertised on this platform. I wish I had known about this before booking. You are also required to wear a swim cap in the pool, which are an additional 6,000 to purchase if you don’t have one on hand. All in all an ok stay, I think the pros outweighed the cons for us, largely to do with the price which was quite affordable. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with my parents, and they absolutely loved it. The room was very clean and had a great view. The breakfast was also neat and delicious, and it seemed like the menu changed every day, which my parents enjoyed. The hotel is in a perfect location to watch both the sunrise and sunset, so we had a wonderful time enjoying the view. it was a very satisfying trip."
