Room was spacious, walkin shower was nice with good water pressure but it did take time to adjust hot water. Very quiet on our 2nd floor room. Mattress could be improved as it was a spring type and not very comfortable. Even though smoking allowed in casino, the ventilation system in my opinion worked well, as I didn't leave feeling or smelling like I had been around smoking persons. Buffet was decent, though high priced. Selections were plentiful.

1-I like the all inclusive however, the area around the venue leaves a lack of activities. 2-The sink water tasted moldy.

I did not like the fact that anyone could get to the hotel rooms at any time without any type of security. I would not stay here as a single woman. This would be easy to correct.

We have stayed here many times. The hotel is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and the towels are fluffy and soft. Great shower too! The only issue we had was that the doors were being slammed and loud late at night which kept us awake. Very inconsiderate guests.

The property and hotel are nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. We stayed in a corner king suite with a jetted tub. Surprisingly, there were no bath robes or microwave in this room. The casino floor is small, but has dedicated smoking and non-smoking sections, which is helpful for allowing non-smokers to have a good time. The table games section is very limited, so that is a bit disappointing. On-site dining options are sparse at best. Luckily, there are several dining options within a short drive.

We had dimed lights wasn't bright at all no venting system in bathroom and no continental breakfast had better hotel rooms for alot less i wouldn't return for the price

Quit time in pool. Room nice and clean. Management got maintaince to are room asap. Problem solved in couple hours. Bought lunch so we could leve room. The spa pedicures not safe for handicapped people. Spa staff friendly but amenities are not handicapp friendly. My chair barely fit through hallways. Massages were good. Facial not so good. The pool was very cold and had chuncks of hair floating in water. Hot tub okay. Area clean. Had area to our selves which was nice. Food, the sports bar serves hot delicious food. Service good too. The buffett 30 minutes after opening for dinner crab legs cold, prime rib cold, a lot of food choices looked like they had been sitting a while. Did not know casios still allow smoking in casino. Didn't get to try any machines due to smell. It was triggering my asthma. This was our anniversary weekend. Unfortately it was not a great weekend. Learned a lesson read reviews and if there consistent. Bevieve them. Took a blind leap if faith. It bit us in the rear-end.

Couples weekend
Hotel was fabulous, upon arrival out rate was showing incorrect and the manager was patient while we dealt with OneKey to correct balance. Everything got sorted out quickly and were able to enjoy a nice weekend away. Beds we little uncomfortable as they are hard but the amazing waterfall shower made up for the stiffness.

First time staying at the resort casino. We booked the place based on reviews on their spa as we wanted a romantic get away. Place was clean and overall the staff was very friendly. Room was beautiful. Loved the room and casino floor. They seem to really care about the upkeep of the place and everything seemed clean and welcoming. Spa staff was very friendly. We were a little concerned as a gay couple coming to Iowa how we would be treated. The hot tub and steam showers were very nice. The massage was amazing! The massage therapists were FANTASTIC and made us feel very comfortable! The bad on my experience only: The front of the house wasn't able to answer basic questions on the restaurants, or spa (like hours of operation or type of food).There wasn't relaxing music in the relaxing spaces before the massage. So the hot tube and steam shower lacked atmosphere. The relaxation room wasn't relaxing. It was a small room with a TV playing sports without aroma therapy or freshments. All that being said it was still worth it. Could not get a double mixed drink on the casino floor (I'm guessing that is a law), and one of the casino bars is cash only. Overall this was a great stay and we plan to come back when visiting family in the area. I would recommend this place and treat yourself to a massage!

Stayed for the Jesse McCartney concert ( which was amazing) and had a room to go to afterwards. Comfy beds. My only complaint was about 7am, a light on the hotel phone light up the room like an alarm. I couldn’t get it off. Otherwise, it was a great stay!
