"Room basic, they need to upgrade USB to USC. Bed was small and pillows uncomfortable. Noise from the street outside kept us most of the night. Bathroom clean "

"The view from the room was outstanding. I had a room with a view of Tower Bridge. The food at the hotel was quite good. If I had to knock anything, it would be two things: The bathroom and the bed area. The bathroom seemed dated. There were no outlets by the bed to plug in to either. I don't know if I've ever seen that before. I'd recommend the hotel, but be aware of what you'll find going in."

"The only good thing was the location and the oversized bath towels. Bathroom shower doors didn't close and there was water all over the floor every time we showered. The bathroom sink didn't drain, we asked to have it fixed, didn't happen. There was mold on the bottom of the shower door and also on the walls. Used the kitchen sink instead. Electrical was odd, it was all on or all off mostly. Pillows were so flat we each needed 3 (which they did provide extras). After 4 nights here we couldn't wait to leave."

"False advertisement, the room was like a closet. Should explain size of room. Bed maybe was a full, felt smaller. No window in room. Trying to order coffee in the morning was ignored. Will not stay again."
