My friend and I stayed here for NHC 2026 and it was super convenient with the area surrounding nearby stores and the train station for Aldgate East being around the corner. Staff were super friendly and house keeping made sure to clean our rooms when needed and requested. 10/10 will stay again.

Great location with Aldgate east just under the building. Also a Tesco (it's not great) but Nisa local 2 minutes walk away is much better stocked. Check in was stupid, considering we checked in on time (and the room wasn't ready) the place still looked like it needed a clean. We were so fed up we just accepted it was only one night and just went and enjoyed London. On check in the way the check in desk staff waggled there hand like we were peasants and told us to wait, really made us feel like trash. The check out was easy, thank goodness

Lovely handy hotel for undergrounds, The room was compact but had everything we needed. The bar area, the food and staff were all very good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and lots of drink options. The room could be warm and it’s a busy area, but air unit in room was available and sound proof was good.
