The front desk is exceptional. Some of my issues are the fact that check-in is not the same place that you stay, so the first time can be confusing. They also do not give you a key to the stairs, so you have to take the elevator (which shakes rather violently). I would bring some cleaning utensils because some of the room materials were not clean. However, customer service was quick and superb! Whenever I called and I had an issue, It was remedied quickly.

It was close to everything in Downtown, good location. Staff was great and super friendly.
