"Everything about our stay was excellent. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb with so much to choose from, we ate in the restaurant on the Saturday night and the food was of good quality and the service was excellent . The rooms were designed well and had everything we needed. Love the extras (shortbread biscuits,Kitkats,and bottles of water) tea and coffee. Plenty of parking offered. Overall our stay was relaxed and very enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff."

Feet got tangled and we discarded duvet cover and managed to. Toilet door needs easing sticks every we time Door key very temperamental hard to remove from lock. Food in restaurant and staff excellent went out of their way to meet Rosemarys needs We were visiting family and using hotel mostly for accommodation"

That in itself was ok as the room was lovely - but it did mean we didn’t make as much of the whole place. The tavern next door was also closed until 6 - which had it also been open would have eased the crowding."

"Really enjoyed our stay at The White Swan - we had a beautiful room, very comfy bed, a walk-in dresser area and a lovely bathroom that was very tidy and had been modernised in a way that still felt in-keeping with the age of the room itself. Breakfast was lovely, with a small area to help yourself to juice, toast, pastries, fruit and yoghurt, and then hot breakfasts and hot drinks on order. A really pleasant set-up, and the breakfast staff were really helpful and friendly. The staff in the hotel were well presented and really pleasant at all times, which made such a difference to our stay. The pub restaurant downstairs is nice and cozy, and isn’t too rowdy or noisy once you’re back in your room. We didn’t eat here on either of our evenings but in future we will. It’s also really well located, just a short walk to restaurants and shops, Shakespeare’s House, the river and the theatres. There was also a nice little market right over the road for the first two days of our stay, which was really nice. Really recommend!"

"Lovely convenient hotel. Super location and easy to get to the main part of Stratford. The hotel is clean and has ample parking at the rear. The room too was clean. But is literally a bed. A couple more things would have made our stay more comfortable. Such as more than one pillow each, a mirror in the room would be good also just a bin. There are no hair dryers or iron in the room. On whole a good hotel for a short stay."
