The staff made this hotel better than what I would originally put as a review. The staff waited up for a late check in and provided plenty of knowledge about the area and even helped our stay even better with complimentary upgrades. Would recommend based on the staff and how well they exceed expectations.

Ocean views were amazing, and the balcony was a cozy place to enjoy morning coffee. Room room and overall maintenance needed attention they were clean but could use paint. Staff was friendly but we did not get maid service for 3 days and had to go to the front desk and ask for coffee, towels and a broom to sweep ourselves.

The hot tub was not warm and didn't know where the button to turn it on was. Also they could have had the air conditioning on in the hallways. And the air conditioner didn't work good in the room . And the shower head sucked. But other than that it was a beautiful view. And the staff and owner where amazing
