I enjoy the staff the most. They make it priority to recognize and appreciate the repeat guests. They also protect the guests information to ensure confidentiality. Overall they work hand in hand on one accord to establish a better work environment that guest can see.

As I was checking out, I learned that I had been given the wrong room. Which would explain the broken door handle that I was assured would get fixed (it didn't). Also, while the room appeared to have been cleaned, there was a wad of hair clinging to the side of the shower (clearly missed). The AC/heater needs some maintenance and the windows need insulation. Bed was nice, shower was hot, and morning staff was friendly.

Room was in disrepair (bath fan didn't work, broken toilet paper roll holder, broken desk chair); yogurt at breakfast was over a month past expired; staff was brusque. Not a good value for the money.

They stole my perfume from the room and talked to the front desk and said they couldn’t do nothing about it

I would not choose to stay in this hotel again. There were no towels in our bathroom, cigarette smoke was wafting in the hallway, the carpets were dirty and our coffee maker had no coffee pot. It was a rough place.

The room was dirty like it had not been used in a while. The bathroom light did not work. Reported it to the front desk but nothing was done. When I went down for breakfast in the morning, the person behind the front desk said that she left a note for the night person to ask us if we wanted to change our room because it cannot be fixed. I should have been notified sooner. We had to take a shower with a flashlight. Also, the hotel wanted a $100 deposit along with the rates for the night which I found to be out of control.

Avoid Not Worth The Money!
The condition of the room was poor. Stained bedding, lights that did not work and were not plugged in. Loose fixtures in the bathroom. Front door was shaky and did not seem secure. Breakfast was fair at best and the orange juice was spoiled. Front desk was notified that the orange juice was bad and they never removed or replaced it, other guests tried it and threw it out. Upon check out no one was at the front desk. I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed there before and it was ok, but this time the hot tub was black at the bottom. The pool didn't look all that good either. Something was wrong and the next day it was shut down. The staff said the person that worked the day before put a chemical in the water and she didn't know what she was doing. We should of gotten a refund of some sort. The hotel is going down the drain. I will never stay again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, approachable, and appeared to genuinely care about the guests. Alli at the front desk was especially kind, professional, and welcoming. The room was clean, but was missing the smoke detector and the wires were showing in the ceiling. The hot tub worked the first day, but was out of order the second day, and was un-clear. There was a film over the top of the water. The pool was mostly clean, clear, and comfortably warm.

When we checked in we were given keys to a room. Got in there, there were no sheets, pillows, comforters on the beds. It was all piled in the bathroom. Went down to ask for another room, had to wait cause the front desk girl was talking on her cell phone. Finally got keys to another room. Got up there, keys wouldn't work. Had to go back down and get a key that would work. Got in the room. Had bedding!! But looks like blood and booger smears all over in random places on the wall.

Spent 4 nights hete. The hotel is fine and the staff is helpful and cheery. My only complaint would be the noise from several guests on Saturday night having a party till midnight and other nearby inconsiderate guests speaking loudly in the hallways and letting the doors slam as they traveled back and forth between rooms. The hotel should have shut down the party way before midnight.

Not a great experience.
When I arrived the young lady was nice, when I got to the room, the bed had been slept in and the top blanket was in the floor, called the front desk the Guy working (after shift change) was great came in done a quick change and clean.

Room was ok, but...
Some good things - a nice room - clean and comfortable. However, the hotel was very noisy - I could hear other guests all night and also noise coming from people in the parking lot. Breakfast was good with hot coffee. Here's a particular complaint - their cable - they carried CNN and MSNBC (which was on during breakfast) but not Fox News. Bias??
